Spalled Hospital Entrance Wall Repaired  With CPR Since 1989         

CUSTOMER:   A hospital in Toronto

APPLICATION DATE:  August 1989
 
PROBLEM:  Atmospheric and environmental freeze/thaw causing concrete to spall
 
SUBSTRATE:  Concrete
 
APPLICATION METHOD:  Loose concrete was removed.  Remaining concrete was cleaned and primed with CPR Material followed by single application of CPR Material up to 5" thick at deepest point.  Cosmetic paint topcoat was applied.
                                                          
CPR FACTS:  CPR Material can be applied up to 5" thick on vertical surfaces without forming and 3" thick on overhead sections.  This repair is still in service today.
