APPLICATION DATE: July 2001
PROBLEM: Cavitation on Francis runner
SUBSTRATE: Steel
APPLICATION METHOD: After surface preparation CPR Material was applied as a single coat system over the blasted substrate previously conditioned with Material.
CPR FACTS: Runner was inspected in May 2004 after nearly 3 years in service. CPR Material was found to be in excellent condition. Station was built in 1945 and operates under 45″ of head.
