PROBLEM: Bearing had seized on shaft
PRODUCTS: Liquid Metal and Releasing agent.
SUBSTRATE: Carbon Steel
APPLICATION METHOD: Injection into former after proper surface preparation to damaged area
CPR FACTS: The Air handler would have had to be removed totally from its location to allow a new shaft to be installed, which in itself would have been cost
prohibitive.
