CPR ® Instant Line Boring For Split Case Pumps
CUSTOMER: Pump OEM in Ontario.
APPLICATION DATE: January 1998
PROBLEM: Wear ring and bushing seats in casing worn oversize. General corrosion damage to casing volute.
SUBSTRATE: Cast Iron
APPLICATION METHOD: After surface preparation was used to restore tolerances to casing seats via moulding technique. Complete casing coated with a two-coat system of CPR Material.
CPR FACTS: CPR has proven repair procedures and materials (erosion/corrosion, chemical and abrasion resistant plus efficiency enhancing coatings) for all types of centrifugal pumps.
