CPR Repairs to Damaged Rubber Lining
CUSTOMER: Thermal Power plant in Ontario
APPLICATION DATE: July 1984
PROBLEM: Damage to rubber lining in ion exchange vessel in water treatment plant.
SUBSTRATE: Rubber & steel
APPLICATION METHOD: Substrates were prepared as per CPR guidelines. Both casting and forming (for vertical in place sections) techniques were used to carry out repair.
CPR FACTS: When inspected six years later, all repairs were found to be in excellent condition.
