PROBLEM: SIHI rotor from vacuum pump operating in sugar mill had become badly pitted
SUBSTRATE: Steel
APPLICATION METHOD: After surface preparation CPR Material was used to fill deep pitting following by a two-coat system of CPR Material. Impeller was balanced and OEM tolerances restored.
