CPR Restores Spalled Entrance Tiles at Chemical Plant
CUSTOMER: A petrochemical facility in Sarnia, Ontario
APPLICATION DATE: July 2004
PROBLEM: Winter freeze-thaw cycles had caused tiles to spall from main entrance
SUBSTRATE: Concrete
APPLICATION METHOD: Loose tiles were removed and cleaned. Concrete was cleaned to sound substrate. All surfaces were conditioned with CPR Material. Tiles were replaced using CPR Material to securely hold them in place. Grouting was accomplished using a slurry mix of Material.
